Following the assessment of needs and risks, an agreement on the service fees will be established between the client and the service provider
4. Employment Contract
The contract for engagement will specify the terms of service, details regarding payment, and other relevant stipulations
5. Preparation
The service company will arrange for bodyguards and a security plan in accordance with the agreed-upon terms
6. Evaluation
Following the provision of services, an evaluation of performance will be conducted to enhance and improve future service delivery
The client should thoroughly review the details and conditions of hiring a bodyguard prior to entering into a contract, ensuring that the service is delivered smoothly and effectively.
Given the sensitive nature of security work for individuals, collaboration between the "client" and the "contractor" is of utmost importance. This cooperation is essential to ensure that security preparations are conducted smoothly and effectively. The client must communicate the reasons and justifications for hiring in a straightforward manner at all times. It is important to note that this information will be kept confidential, allowing the security operations team to process, analyze, and plan their work accurately. Such diligence will ensure that the engagement meets the client's objectives successfully.
To request a quotation, the client must specify the date, time, location, and the number of bodyguards required, along with detailed information regarding the scope of work to be performed. Additionally, it is necessary to confirm the hiring at least seven business days in advance.
Please be advised that if the client or the work location is situated outside of Bangkok and its metropolitan area, additional travel costs will be calculated based on the distance. The specifics of these charges will be provided along with the quotation.
